1. Walls 2 Floors Ltd will provide all customers with a written quote which will contain sufficient details for the completion of works. Extra work can be provided subject to a separate quote and cost. If any more information is required please contact us to discuss.

2. A contract with Walls 2 Floors Ltd is an agreement verbally or written by the client to have work carried out based on the quotation headed 'estimate' submitted directly to the client on official letterhead and is a clear undertaking between the two parties to form a contract.

3.All prices quoted are calculated based on free access and unimpeded working during our normal hours of 8am-5pm Mon - Fri unless otherwise agreed. we may be on site later than 5pm or on a Saturday prior agreement with the client will be made should this need to happen.

4. It is the clients responsibility to arrange planning permission, building control and any utility changes. If any permits or special permissions are required Walls 2 Floors Ltd may request to see proof that it has been agreed before work is carried out. Walls 2 Floors Ltd will not be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances (eg planning permission delays ect)

5. Payments are due no later than 14 days from receipt of an invoice. All payment details are printed on invoices and the banking reference to be used is your invoice reference number. For larger jobs a deposit may be required to buy materials for work to commence if this is required it will be agreed at quotation with the client.

6. Walls 2 Floors Ltd will protect surfaces with the use of dust sheets along with care in our working practice. However, responsibility for protection from damage to any existing surface is the clients. We strongly recommend clients move any expensive or sentimental items before work commences.
